A renowned international company specializing in serviced offices is looking for a Partnerships Developer to drive its expansion in northern Sweden.
Candidates must be based in Northern Stockholm, Dalarna, or Västmanland and have fluent English proficiency.
As part of this B2B role, you will be responsible for securing new partnerships with private property owners, contributing to the company’s network growth by opening new locations in your region.
You will work closely with the Real Estate department, Legal Team, and Board, reporting directly to the Regional Partnership Sales Director for the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospects and lead commercial negotiations.
- Present projects to the Board and establish new partnerships.
- Secure new locations by successfully closing deals.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong drive for sales.
- Experience in B2B business development and sales within a dynamic, fast-paced environment (experience in selling services is an advantage).
- Demonstrated success in closing large deals.
- Strong deal-closing skills with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to 630,000 SEK (depending on experience and profile).
- Uncapped commission.
- 30 days annual leave.
- 3,000 SEK/year for health & gym expenses (post-probation period).
- Optional food/lunch benefit (deducted from salary if activated).
