A leading international company specializing in serviced offices is seeking a Partnerships Developer to spearhead its expansion in Finland through strategic partnerships deals.

Based in Finland, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new partnerships with private property owners, driving the company's growth by opening new locations across the country.

This is a dynamic B2B role that requires frequent travel within Finland and fluency in English.

You will collaborate closely with the Real Estate department, Legal Team, and Board, reporting directly to the Regional Partnership Sales Director for the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Engage potential partners and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Present business cases to the Board and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Secure new locations by successfully closing high-value deals.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • A results-driven salesperson with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Proven experience in B2B business development and sales in a fast-paced environment (experience in service sales is a plus).
  • Track record of successfully closing large deals.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a strategic and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Up to €65k base salary + uncapped commission.
